The genetic engineering information service provides news and background information on agro-genetic engineering from a critical perspective. The genetic engineering information service was launched in 2004 by environmental, economic, consumer and farmers' associations. Today he is borne by these and other associations (see box), which are actively involved in a genetic engineering -free agriculture and nutrition and for the protection of nature.

The information service genetic engineering and its carriers actively campaign for democracy, tolerance and diversity. We reject any cooperation with racist, nationalist, anti -Semitic, Islamophobic or any human -containing organizations and associations. We also keep ourselves against a link from such organizations on our sides.
